Shipping Information

We offer tracked shipping worldwide.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• European Union: approximately 4–8 business days

• International: approximately 4–12 business days

These are the standard delivery timeframes for most orders. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Customs & Import Duties

We cover all customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to the following countries and regions:

• European Union (EU)

• Norway

• United Kingdom

• United States

• Canada

• Australia

• New Zealand

For shipments to countries not listed above, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may occasionally apply. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any applicable charges required for delivery.

Pre-Orders

If a product is marked as a pre-order item, shipping may take approximately 1–4 weeks.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it becomes available in stock.

We typically restock our collections between 1 and 3 times per month, although restock schedules may vary depending on demand and production timelines.

Shipping Policy

If a package is not collected, refused, or returned to sender due to customer action, it may only be reshipped if that option is available. Such orders are not eligible for a refund.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ESSENZA cannot provide a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

ESSENZA is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high demand, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.
