International destinations:

RETURNS:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return the items to our location in Europe.
How do I track my order?
When an order is placed, the shipping confirmation is usually sent within a business day. Once received, simply head over to our Track your order page on our website and enter your order information there. You will from there be able to easily view your order status.
Sometimes it takes a few days for the system to pick up the order status. If this happens, try checking again in a few days. This does not affect the delivery time.
Returns and refunds
RETURNS: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return the items to our location in Europe.
EXCHANGES: Once the return is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address.
